About Bestic
Bestic is an eating aid that:
- can lift food from the plate to the mouth for a person with low or nonexistent hand/arm function creating improved life quality and less reliance on assistance.
- is safe to use.
- can handle all kinds of cut food.
- suits a laid table and is portable.
The owner of the company, who also took the initiative to start the development, is doing this based on his own needs. Bestic has therefore a truly user-driven development.

The user is in control
Bestic moves in preprogrammed tracks which the user controls.The user controls the spoon movements on the plate to pick a chosen piece of food. When the selection is done the user gives a signal and Bestic lifts the spoon to the mouth. The user leans forward to take the bite and gives a new signal to make the spoon to go down to the plate again.
To make Bestic as easy to control as possible for every user it accepts most of the control devices available on the market. This makes it possible to adapt the way to control Bestic for every user.
